Welcome to NAPLES Poster
The artwork is developed from a picture Edaurdo took while in 2010 covering as photojournalist clashes in Shoufat Refugeee Camp, Jerusalem.
The resulting street artwork was then realized in 2018 in the streets of Neaples, most predisely Via San GIovanni Maggiore Pignatelli.
It depicts a neapolitan old woman throwing a water basket on israeli soldiers and it represents the historical support of the city of Naples for the palestinian struggle for freedom.
The artwork through the years has become an iconic image worldwide to express support to palestinian cause and the location is now a must see place for the many pro palestinian tourists visiting the city.
